Returns & Refunds policy

Refunds:

In accordance with Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund for a major failure of the product or service.

A refund is issued if the item/s were incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged.

Please be aware that Kootie Girl uses new to vintage jewellery components to repurpose, and recycle so those components

will be of good vintage used quality. Some vintage repurposed components are made from substances no longer manufactured such as bakelite , Lucite and celluloid but all are hand picked for the best quality.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please contact first as a sent photo may be all that is needed to remedy or rectify an issue though if you wish to return an item then you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:8 Larkin Street, Gatton QLD, Australia

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual sighting of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

Kootie Girl does not refund for change of mind.
